The First Mistake You Made in Training
The first mistake is probably one of the most common mistakes. It could be over consumption that like you're not getting to that calorie deficit if you're trying to lose weight or putting on weight. Torture themselves in training by going into it under fuel and then restricting calories all week long. And then once they get home, just head to the fridge. That bottomless pit where you just feel like you can't get full because you created such a big deficit during ride.
