Women who are eating more protein have better lean mass and they have better quality of life, same with older men. So we're looking at 30 to 40 grams at each meal around 15 grams at each snack. And training becomes part of that as well. I think it's a point that I want to underline that it's not going to change body composition. It's not, you know, we still need to get in there and do this and do the effort.Yeah, especially for the viscerial fat. Yeah, yeah.
