The Importance of Relationship Transition

You have to be in relationship with people. You being a parent or a sibling, that does not give you a space in their life if you're not creating. I feel like for a lot of the generation, maybe my parents generation and a little older, it was almost like the kids. It was just like keeping them alive was the goal. Like feed them, clothe them, let them do their thing. And I feel like I noticed that in the way that they parent or operate.
