The Cost of Supplementation in Prisons
It would cost less than tenpence a day, so forty pounds a year per prisoner to roll this out. The main risk is just that people are better nourished and accessible. When you think of the benefits versus the risk, it's very, very strange that we're not implementing this across the estate. You know, this isn't something we're going to have to kind of dig out the ground, or is hard to come by. So we're looking at improvements for the public as well.
