ADHD almost gave me a way out at a stage, because I only got diagnosed as an adult two years into consulting. Struggling in a professional context, oh, I've got something to blame. And then eventually just like completely falling and taking a year off. So that was probably the best thing I ever did. That's why I sort of struggle sometimes like, do I want to take a medication? Do I not, is getting into meditation?
