We're not taught how to think often. So we got to identify them, which I think in a minute we're about to help some folks identify them. And then secondly, secondly, you replace them. New soundtracks. That's challenging for people. You have to repeat them and make them part of your life. The book came out in 48 hours later. People go, Hey, I retired and I replaced, but it's not working. Andy would say, well, the book is 48 hours old. It's going to be a process you can do. Or are they the reverse? A million other people have already done that. Nobody wants that type of thing from you.
