Big workout ly recovers a adequate recovery, which is just going to be less training. You're kind of in the extreme categories here of big training and big rest. On those rest days, you maybe be able to go quite a bit below a hundred grams,. But then average out over three four, five days in that hundred a hundred, 50 gram kind of category. And i find that not only to work better from a result standpoint, but also when it comes to just the person's ability to kind of tolerate and stick to an approach compared to what they there previously used to.
