The Expansion of Korean Food in New York

I was really excited by Kijon. And I think that's the best because it's a fun place. She sort of gets the spirit of New Orleans into this restaurant without it seeming cheesy style. It all like she just seems to like, you know, she understands Korean food on a pretty deep level. But I think her understanding of like New Orleans food is at least what the flavors are supposed to be like has been unusual for a New York chef.
