How Do You Decide Where to Spend Your Time?
When you first join a company, how do you decide where to spend your time and what to priortize? I wanted in the interview process to really get the company to know the company really well. And after a a few discussions, i already came up with a plan for the year. It's not prescriptive in terms of solutions, but it tells you what we'll be focusing on at any given time. So that worked really well, because it got me to be a lined with the founders and investors.
