The new book is the result of a long collaboration between Mark Zuckerberg, Pete Wozniacki and Bruce Schneier. The three have been working together on customer centricity for more than 20 years. They say it's important to put aside "pushing the frontiers in terms of math" when looking at how customers are treated by businesses. And they hope that their work will help other companies make better decisions about what data should be collected from credit card transactions so as not to repeat mistakes made before.
