The Role of Adverse Childhood Experiences on Mental and Physical Health
I believe that the early adverse life experiences that a person has marks them in ways that they're not aware of unless they do a lot of digging and self observation. It's clear that adverse childhood experiences impact mental and physical health for life. I will ask almost every patient about a there are they aware of the role of adverse childhood experiences on health, if not then I suggest that they just become familiar with it. If you could be a spirit giving hugs out to people and acknowledging them and seeing them and even going back and acknowledging the child that they were it would be it would truly be transformative I think.
