Incentivization in B2C Sales

I still think that most of the solutions that we need to find in modern product management and organizational scaling are coming down to incentivization. If you do not pay attention to the engagement metrics, just wait until the contact is just not renewing anymore,. So in B2C, we kind of got the message. Why? Because if you can cancel your subscription after a month, you're going to be very aware about the LTV question. And I know specifically how amped up salespeople just really only care about acquisition as long as they're only incentivized about it.
