Sports have constraints. Just because can take ten seconds to finish a dead lif doesn't mean you have that same amount of time on the field or pitch to produce force. If you get everybody stronger, if you have them squat, bench and deadlift, you're going to see improvements in their performance. The exer fly has been huge for us.
