How to Hire a Good Writer

I think it's a majority of people are bad writers right that's just how the world is. You know I mean you can just see it in your applications right if you're hiring for one writer. Yeah, if you get 500 applications, maybe 100 or half decent right. But someone who's just saying oh I'm going to be a writer today because it's easy isn't good at what they do. It's kind of cruel to say but if you're not constantly learning and evolving and trying to be better,. So, it's not fair to take up space for someone who actually is really really good, but they maybe can't stand out on everyone else.
