Do You Have a Routine?
Coaches have to negotiate, or compromise quite a bit too. It's if you do the same movements all the time there may be something missing. When it's something that is novel, it sends a signal to adapt and strengthen your body. You've got to change what you practise most often in order to get results. And this is where i think coaches have to wet the negotiate - their goal matters ight. I would never run somebody on anabolic forever or mapasthetic forever. But performance is, and maybe even the new one, symmetry.
