Know and be aware that, hey, I'm making time because I recognize that having in the past, I now want to make time for people I care about. This second point is really important. Recognize what your priorities were when you didn't make time for the people you wanted to made time for. Go out there and make that change. Don't be selfish and just want to make it for that person that you can't get back. Make it for another person.
