The hijacking, I think happens when there's a perception of threat. And so if I start cleaning, I'm like, okay, I got to get this whole whole house clean. There's a sense of urgency. If I give in to that urgency, I'm feeding the monkey mind. So how do we work with emotions instead of just acting on them to neutralize them? We really work with changing and shifting our stance towards them.
