Sally Kohn: I think to some in our audience, the physical nature of work or working out is not about sports performance. And yet as a lifelong athlete, I'm always talking about the value of movement. She says when you are regularly physically active, you are living in a different type of body with a different brain than if you are less active or sedentary. Kohn: Physical activity is as important as sleep and eating and having some kind of social integration or connection.
