How to Serve a Red Wine at a Restaurant
There's not a red wine that's good about 17, 18 degrees fank. The better roses are much better at ten or 12 degrees afridges. Don't hesitate to ask for an ice bucket and put the red bottle of wine in the ice bucket for five or ten minutes.
