Creating a Positive Spirale of Results
The thought process needs to be based in self-belief and confidence. And confidence comes from evidence, right? So competence equals confidence - let's build it back up again. You suddenly see a situation that you would normally deem as a pressure situation. If we are consistently positive in our behaviours and physical performances, we get positive results. Those positive results then loop back and we feed off those positive results. It goes back to our thought processes and we continue on that upward spiral. That simple process of our thoughts influence our actions, influence our behaviours, habits and results.
