Lifting weights was actually my number three. I didn't make it as specific in terms of goal setting, but that'll come up with later on his list is kind of why. We definitely want to see people starting to shift their mindset to lifting weights and trying to promote muscle hypertrophy. It probably took him decades to get to that point.
