Three Things You're Grateful For

Three things you're grateful for is the first thing you do in the morning. I find that it is brought more sharply into perspective things which I am actually grateful for, surprise, surprise. It reminds you of what you should be spending your time doing because when you're alone with your thoughts, these are the things which percolate to the surface. For such a little simple thing, there's probably there's quite a complex set of consequences of doing it that it triggers off.
