Artisan Industrial Assets
Artisan has been in the game of buying refurbishing and repositioning industrial assets for more than 10 years. The biggest wins and where i feel like i'm the most successful is buying, you know, assets that have Issues and being able to reposition them or sell them. Artisan started last summer last spring under the artisan industrial brand with the goal was to raise $5 million in by about 20 million to real estate. Just under 5.3 million Is raised and uh And we've bought just over 15 million and are on track to buy probably about another 10 10 or 15 million With what we still have on In the bank and and with the refinances that are coming through.
