It's very difficult to go from being a residential roofing contractor to being a commercial roofing contractor because the products are different, the customers are different. The average order value on a commercial sale might be $500,000 and do small to medium-sized jobs. You're in and out of the home owners, you know, real bubble. When you're on the outside of the house, there's less things that can go wrong or just less independent variables that you have to control.
