Power Lifting Technique

I've seen some terrible power cleans. And i was a terrible power cleaner myself when e were a younger athlete. So you got to be careful who you choose to teach you those lifts. I'd like to be a lot more finicky with power lifting technique, especially since i've learned to do the power clean better. It's just like, pull that bar up straight, tat the knees and smack it off your thighs and bounce it up to your reverse,. curlit like a no shoulder mobility.
