Stress is a stress on the neuve nervous system, which you respond positively to. Distress is what we're looking to avoid and can be disrupted by physical activity. Walking, dancing, cart wheeling or swimming are all good ways to release stress. And i cannot encourage people strongly enough to find a consistent movement routine. I need to find something that makes me feel like  jumping up and down in front of my audience at work will make me come away stronger.
