How to Manage Fatigue for the Bonder Chakra Approach
The bonder chakra approach, especially in a technical event, is that you're only training between 60 and 70%. At the very end of the month or the cycle, your tonnage is through the roof compared to a traditional system. So this is used this kind of approach for all the athlete you train. I use it for my single sport athlete. But every track and field athlete that is a single sport athlete, meaning they don't do any other sport, that's what we're using. The reason why the... so there's no force you need to do this. They don't want their athlete to be like fatigue.
