The Importance of Creativity in Fitness
Everybody probably remembers their first CrossFit workout if you do CrossFit. I think that for the people who weren't getting results before, who were introduced to the movements that are popular in CrossFit, these were a very, very new stimuli for a lot of them. This is where the results came from. Now we have to broaden that scope of stimuli. What could we do to a person who's gained the fitness that they gained from being in a CrossFit gym that would reproduce that experience? If we can do that over and over again, then I believe we're on to some.
