How Canva's Engineering Growth Culture Changed the Way We Do Engineering

Growth engineering is actually quite different to product engineering. You have to, you know, get comfortable with doing just enough engineering and moving fast. A lot of the work you do will be thrown away, thrown in the bin, it'll be scrapped. So that's one little hurdle we had to overcome with growth engineering. But I guess the other thing is just moving fast is how can we ship a few more experiments every week or every month?
