Find your purpose. Do something that you're interested in and enjoy doing if you do it, you'll get better at it. Enjoy the opportunity te moment and the process of training. Don't look at the clock. This can be a fun part of the process. Find your mastery. You're going to contribute to this world as much as possible. If you don't enjoy running, there's no reason why you shouldn't practice other sports too. Fitting yourself up for races is an easy way to find out how good you are - just make sure you take some time off from work or school when you feel like it. Being consistent with what you do will help you improve over time
