Is Hypertrophy a Mechanism or an Outcome?
Research shows there are small to null effects on whether or not doing higher up or lower up work can enhance fibre type specific hypertrophy. But that's not to say that it's a like open and case. If we take even one step back, because hypertrophy is an outcome, it's not necessarily a mechanism. And i think it is actually really challenging to stay motivated and push hard enough to make sure you get those fast swhich fibres involved. It's easier to turn your five rep max to a sixrep max than to go slightly heavier on the exercises. So how do this good training sessions feel after they're done? You know what I can tell
