I've often heard that all emotions have a presence somewhere in the body. Do you believe that's always true or can we have an emotion that doesn't reside in the body? Because I look at emotions myself and sometimes they're very clear. But there's other times I feel like there's an emotion of some sort, but I can't quite find it physically. It feels very mental.
