Being fully present is more than just like doing it with a team or your guest. Listening too is listening to enough of what some one says to formulate a response. People, people want to be seen in a way that makes them feel comfortable and can't do that unless i'm fully present. There's a great book her, um, gosh, her first amis kate, but i think the title is called, are you listening? And its put out two or three years ago. But again, it's just an entire book on listening.
