The Importance of Tightening Your Neck
Tightening your neck while you're doing things is, well, for starters, it interferes with your coordination and balance. It's not a good habit to develop. And that doesn't just refer to or apply to people working out if you're a musician. You don't play as quickly or you get fatigued or you get stuck to get hand problems. There's all sorts of things that come out of tightening your neck. But I can tell you there are a lot of bad things that do.
