How to Deal With Negative Thoughts
I think a safe bet is to journal and not everybody is into journaling. Sometimes you end up writing about things that you didn't even think you were thinking of like it's truly your subconscious coming through. I really like to do when I'm in this headspace is to go outside and socialize or literally touch grass. If you live near an ocean I'm so jealous that you can just jump in the water but for me in Vancouver here we have a lot of forest and we have a lots of places to go on walks. The fact that you're listening to this now means that you've been able to push forward and you're that strong.
