Is There a Mechanism for Inhibiting Fat Oxidation?

The theory is really neat, right? But in actual fact, i wrote one of the papers that put out a potential mechanism for why lac tate would inhibit fad oxidation. The problem is we haven't had funding to follow it up. So as far as i can tell you, i think there's like four papers that have looked and so the hard science on it just isn't there.
