I'm taking what is classically known as the patient lifter method. And I tend to program that quite a lot, where basically it's like maybe three sets of four or whatever. So essentially, you don't find that you kind of very quickly reach a point where you're maxing out those repetitions in those sets. We never actually generally reaching failure.
