The military press is a total body exercise. Abs are braced, everything is sort of linked together. We want tension right throughout to support that linkage,. But not so much tension that we have that sort of back fire effect. Keep a big chest. Or like i tell people, spread the logo on your shirt, and it's going to make the kettle bell feel like it's a lot lighter.
