Fermented Foods

When you make fermented food, there is an ecosystem of microbes with in that fermentation. They are basically working on what is there and their creating new products. And like the microbes, but also just food in general is just, it's mine blowing. Use ther's setenly a fear,. especially for your home fermenting, that there might be some sort of issue. Sounds like the relatively safe, i mean, we always want to place, play it safe, right? But you can have food poisoning from, you know, getting a jimmy john sub, right? There's no way to make yourself completely separated from risk in your life.
