Minny: I'm starting to understand what breath work is doing to our brain. And much like fasting, i'm totally impressed. So i really want to dive into why breath work is so powerful for us. Minny: How did you even discover breath work? Like, we're just breathing every day. Like, how do we need to breathe? How did you come upon this information first? She says she was ignorant of the fact that chavasina, those deep breaths that you took to embody were the most important pose in yoga.
