workouts, which is what I do. I train people really hard is physical challenges are an accelerator for mental development. We could go on a silent retreat or we could do hours of meditation or we could do a bunch of journaling or you could sit on a couch and talk to me about your past. And it might take us days, weeks or months to get to a place where we get in a couple of hard workouts. Really, it's like it's so there's a huge percent of the population that doesn't even recognize there's a voice in their heads. Nobody that trains the way that we train doesn't think there's
