The Benefits of a Carbohydrate-Fat Diet

As far as research that I have seen, well, let's go back to the original metabolic syndrome data. And so you can get a lot of the same effects just by lowering the carbohydrates and substituting fat. RDA for carbohydrates is 130 grams per day. You can balance that out, 130, 150 grams of protein. That's a pretty balanced diet without being extreme in any one of the macronutrients.
