Is It Possible to Play a Game at the Highest Level and Achieve the Most Difficult Things?

Is it possible to make a game which you can play at the highest level and achieve the most difficult things without putting study and effort? I don't see how that could ever possibly be designed where you could play at such a high level from the second that you start playing but so given that I think any very high skill achievement has to have a lot of effort. It's not just about rolling a dice and getting six yeah you're cheap unless you've controlled it with your mind. There's an element of novelty there which you know another example I'm quite proud of is winning the game using only um acid spit - no one had ever even tried it.
