Breathing is complex in its multi dimensional. It wasn't taught correctly, because if it was taught correctly, it would have caught on. Physical exercise doesn't necessarily mean that you've got good breathing patterns. High stress levels, perfections, tendencies, harmonial changes in female asthma, childhood asthma, and genetic predisposition all affect our breathing. To achieve this coveted flow stage, we develop tash by practice outside of the game. And in order to be able to attain these states, we need good sleep and we need good concentration.
