I always tell people to start as small as possible. I started by just changing up my cereal. If you don't cook yourself, then start cooking one meal. It doesn't even need to be healthy. Getting a broad strokes understanding of how much energy you're consuming every day is quite useful for people. But until you get to that level, like, you got to you got to meet yourself where you're at. That's what I was trying to do here.
