The idea is that you sort of notice when these stuck points are coming up for you. And then going through this whole process where you're like, okay, what's the emotion I'm experiencing? Is this a habit or is this actually happening? Right? So asking yourself these questions and then offering yourself at the end of this sort of process, what's an alternative thought to this? "I think it would be, I think that these are really important in trauma," she says.
