How to Be a Better Friend in a Difficult Situation

I think what really helps for that is, especially in a work setting, I always bring back the work setting. There's so many difficult, weird situations that are more nuanced in work rather than in college where people are a little bit more carefree and open. So trying to be better friends by knowing that, like for example, if one friend really likes, you know, one-on-one conversations, like doing more of that. And so if another friend doesn't really necessarily need one-on.-one conversations, but like group gatherings, for example, does more of that for that friend. Just trying to recognize like how, like what you're saying can affect the other person
