Is There a Conversation Going Forward?

I want to turn the conversation a little bit more towards, you know, how do we begin to solve for some of these challenges that you're discussing? I saw a comment in the chat regarding new data from the Edelman Trust Barometers. People increasingly expect that their employers are stepping off on social matters and making their positions known. You can talk about it. You can serve your Juneteenth ice cream or a Juneteenth plane. This is the freedom for me. And when it does move forward, it cannot be performative.
