How to Reduce Turn Retention
Turn retention is like a lagging indicator. A quote that i've even put forward to our entire executive team when i was trying to explain what i wanted to do at mix panel. When you start to send revenue to these partners, service is revenue and they then go and reinvest that money back into building a practice around your technology. And i think that's really unique. It creates a very virtuous cycle that benefits our partners, our customers, ind hub spot.
