The biggest argument that we have of training like power lifters or body builders is that these guys are and strong. But i think when you look at the over all performance you need as a rubby player, you cannot afford to be the biggest or the strongest in totality because or to train that way. It's can't like if you trying to learn a different language, how would you go about it? In order to get by, what sort of language proficiency would you need? And i'll come back to that at the end.
